People think that life is difficult, that only a few people truly find happiness.  While I admit that there have been difficult times in my life I am more amazed at how effortless life is when you get out of your own way.  One way to live a life of meaning and serenity is to live each day exercising your body, mind and soul.

I talked about the first two all last week and yesterday.  Today it seems only fitting to talk about ways to exercise your soul.  There is nothing mystical or religious about it.  The most important thing to understand when exercising your soul is to create community and to share love with absolutely everyone.
