I have a few friends who have admirably decided to start working out again. They used to do it with some frequency but have fallen to the ever common work too much - ditch self care paradigm. I have to say it may be the most common but it is not the healthiest. In fact, it is the exact opposite, it shortens your life.
But enough of that downer talk. Today I want to share an article with you that helps you understand some keys points before starting a workout habit. It's a great article that I will of course chime in on.
