I find so much inspiration in the books I read.  Such is the case of the Wayne Dyer Book I am reading right now, Change your Thought, Change your Life: Living the Wisdom of the Tao.  I shared a verse with you on episode #449 but the following day I read something that inspired me further; to go 7 days without violent content.

I hope you will listen to the experiment I will subject myself to this week and encourage you to join me in it.  I want to go an entire week without subjecting myself to any violence in any media.
