Zen Commuter

Jan 29, 2015

I can remember so many good times just being outside.  Whether I was on vacation or just n my own back yard, being outside revitalized me.  It still does today, even more so now that I have a profound respect for nature.

It definitely brings about a host of benefits and I talk about 7 of them today on ZEN commuter.  Each of the reasons are backed buy science, not that they need to be.  You know I am right.  The times you have been outside have energized you as well.  Think about it.  Hopefully you won't need to think that hard.  If you have kids do you remember being at one of their outside sporting events?  How about a runny yourself outside?

Drinking in nature means drinking in wellbeing.  Make it happen today.

Quote of the Day

“The best remedy for those who are afraid, lonely or unhappy is to go outside, somewhere where they can be quite alone with the heavens, nature and God. Because only then does one feel that all is as it should be and that God wishes to see people happy, amidst the simple beauty of nature. As longs as this exists, and it certainly always will, I know that then there will always be comfort for every sorrow, whatever the circumstances may be. And I firmly believe that nature brings solace in all troubles.”- Anne Frank
