Seth completed a doctorate in psychology at the University of Pennsylvania. He is the author of multiple books on mindfulness and CBT, Head of Therapy with the self-therapy app Bloom, and host of the Think Act Be podcast.
I asked Seth to join me on Zen Commuter so we could talk about his work integrating mindfulness with CBT. Along with that, we talk about the ways in which our individual practices grant us connection to all life.
