Many people are of the understanding that their surroundings don't impact their level of happiness, of peace.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  No environment, like no people, is neutral.  Where you spend your time impacts your level of calm.

Hectic environments create anxiety and conversely peaceful places elicit a sense of composure and tranquility.  Listen to how you can find spaces that ease your spirit.
