Depending on who you believe, the majority of people in the United States suffer from some type of insomnia. It’s not surprising, due to the levels of stress people put themselves through. You distract your mind all day and when your head hits the pillow you mind runs free. Enter insomnia. Today I want to talk about simple meditative ways to meditate to ward off insomnia.
