You have the ability to reach whatever goals you set your mind to.  If you don’t believe me then listen to today’s ZENcommuter.  I will show you how easy it is to create a plan for even the most challenging of goals.  The secret is in breaking it down into the most actionable steps.

You know the saying, don’t you?  How do you eat an elephant?  One bite at a time!  It’s a funny image but it is so true.  For those of you who graduated college, did you ever think you would finish. When you stepped foot on campus for the first time at orientation did you ever see yourself graduating?  The end was four years away!  But you did it; step by step, day by day.

That’s just one example.  Whatever you want to achieve you can accomplish.  You just need to want it enough and have a plan to make it a reality.

Think of your life right now.  Is it the way you want it to be.  If it isn’t, then what is stopping you from it being the way you want it to be? I have been guiding listeners the past 8 days through some challenging yet totally doable exercises to help them achieve their goals.

Right now there are dreams swimming around in your head.  Unless you create a plan for them they will go with you to the grave.  It is a somewhat morbid thought.  But I’m trying to get you to move, to act on those dreams.
