We have all done it, myself included.  Yet there are some who do it habitually night after night.  I am not talking about anything juicy.  I'm talking about forcing yourself to stay up late at night even when you are exhausted.

When I worked at Fidelity Investments I had long hours.  When I eventually got home I was beat.  Yet even though I was tired and even though I knew staying up would leave me more tired the next day, I forced myself to stay up.  It wasn't anything productive, usually video games and stupid TV.

Today I talk about how to figure out why you are doing the same thing and how to put an end to it once and for all.

In this Episode, You Will Learn:

4 Reasons why you stay up late

Methods for regulating your sleep
