Quite simply all light tells your brain to stay up.  However, there is a wavelength that tells your brain even more to stay up.  That wavelength is the blue light spectrum and it is abundant in almost all electronic devices.

Today I break it down extensively so you understand fully how those pesky electronics are responsible for your cruddy night sleep and accompanying days.
