Recovering from addiction can be very challenging. Intense therapy, support groups and even medical intervention is sometimes warranted. However, despite the myriads avenues of treatment, one often overlooked tool is demonstrating remarkable results. Today I share a post from Psychology today that discusses the benefits of meditation for addiction recovery.
