There are two ways to live your life.  It truly is that easy.  You can either create the life you wish to have or you can take the default life that is a reaction to your not choosing.  When you create your life you are just that, the author.  You consciously assess what is around you and you make plans and goals based on introspection.

However, before you can do any of that you must begin to train yourself to become aware.  Become aware of your physical body and how it interacts with others.  But also aware of your own motivations, wishes and actions.  Ultimately you will become aware of the lessons that surround you in your world.

It all begins with awareness.  If you don't heed your observations then you will act out of your human subconscious, which tells you to be fearful and look for comfort.  This is certainly no a way to live.
