I have dedicated many episodes in part or in full to the benefits of sleeping.  I have also talked about the benefits of a morning routine.  However, one of the ways to start getting up early is to get up the same time every day, and the same goes for going to bed.

Even though I have read on several occasions about the benefit of this practice, I never knew why, until now.  Of course, I am going to share that philosophy with you as well.  Today I talk about the Circadian Rhythm and how it is linked to your productivity and alertness throughout the day.
