The new year is approaching and many people are getting ready to find out the habit that will set them free, make their lives as close to perfect as possible. Of course, one habit with incredible value is meditation.  But, many people who want to start a new habit in the new year will be unsuccessful.  Research says that 90% will abandon their new goals before the end of February.  If you are thinking of meditation as a daily practice to implement, then I have five ways to keep you from being a statistic.
