ZEN monks and Buddhists have been using meditation for centuries.  They have come to understand from long ago that it has the ability to unleash the power of not simply the mind but the soul as well.  While meditation does have a very spiritual aspect about it there is also a very scientific reason as to why it enhances our waking life.

Today I will discuss how meditation activates your mind for the ultimate good.
