We have all experienced our brain working at its optimal level.  We remember when we have absorbed knowledge from books and classes.  We can remember when our brains were optimized to remember names and dates.  Conversely, we can remember when our brains were fuzzy and unable to process even the simplest information.  As we learned earlier in the week it has to do with brain waves.  Today I will go one step further to introduce you to a concept called binaural beats.  They are a tool for enhancing your brain.
