If you didn't grow up with parents who taught you about the beauty of the world and the people in it, all is not lost.  It does mean that you will need to begin to change your perspective on the world.  It's not going to be easy but it sure as hell will be worthwhile.  It will help you sleep better, stress less and in general help you live a peaceful life.

How do you do that? Well, you need to stop letting crap from news, TV and negative people wash over you.  You need to seek out examples of kindness.  I have found one and mentioned others below.  Tune in today and feel good!
