Insomnia plagues so many people. It's so easy to see why too. Most of America and I would imagine other parts of the world as well, don't spend any time with their thoughts each day. In fact most people do everything in their power to avoid their thoughts
So when bedtime comes and there are no more distractions to fool your mind, you are plagued with persistent thoughts.
Listen today as I address the way to keep this from happening.
When was the last time you got at least seven full restful hours of sleep
Create a bedtime routine.
