With any new concept, our minds and bodies are initially resistant to change. After all, the thinking is, that if a pattern of behavior has worked for so long, why try and change it. The answer is purpose. Many of our motivations and actions stem from our subconscious minds. We do things without even realizing why we are doing them. Most of these actions are the byproducts of emotions we are unaware of. If we know the root feelings, then we can live with more purpose. Let’s talk about it.
