Zen Commuter

Oct 8, 2018

Whether it is a religion or not, Buddhism has some profound beliefs that lead us to living a fuller life when we embrace them. What I find most refreshing about Buddhism is the absence of Dogma. The Buddha himself professed that no one should follow anyone, including following him. He believed that each of us would be best served by listening to our own wisdom. Today I talk about the Four Noble Truths of Buddhism and how they relate to the Eight Fold Path.
