Zen Commuter

Jun 25, 2018

It's no secret that I think meditation is amazing.  It has the ability to bring us to a space of calm and wisdom, and so much more.  But there are things it cannot do and it's best that you determine what those things are before you start a practice.  Many people think that meditation can serve the same purpose as psychotherapy, but as today's episode will prove, as valuable as it is, meditation cannot be used to treat mental illness exclusively.  Let's talk about it.
