Zen Commuter

Apr 26, 2018

Even though you hear about meditation and mindfulness a great deal these days (the two are not the same, by the way), they have both been around for years.  Some say over 5000 years ago. However, that is in the east.  Meditation in the west has been around much less, and it has changed in practice as well.  Today I discuss the differences between the two and help you decide which is best for you.
