Body Scan - For those who listened to the show and didn't hear this one, you aren't crazy.  It was hiding in my notes and I didn't mention it.  A body scan is a a brief once over the individual parts of your body to see where you are holding stress.  Once you have determined where you are holding stress briefly stench that muscle, hold it, and relax it.
