"I must govern the clock, Not be governed by it" - Golda Meir
A recent article by California industrial psychologist Karl Albrecht discussed the four unique stressors that make up an all-encompassing gamut of anxiety. He postulated that these uniques stressors each have their own method for reduction/elimination.
Today I want to talk about two of the four and save the rest for tomorrow's podcast so that each of them is given adequate time.
TIME STRESS
Time stress is just that. It is the omnipresent feeling that you do not have enough time to complete all the things you need to do. You are hyper focused on time and its lack.

ANTICIPATORY STRESS
Anticipatory stressors focus on events that are happening in the future. People suffering from anticipatory stress have increased worry about an event in the future. Examples could be a work presentation in front of your coworkers, an upcoming test in school or possibly a review with your boss
