I have spoken about journaling before in episode 46.  So why am I at it again?  That answer is easy.  It is one of the most important habits you will create when venturing out in authoring your own authentic life.

Today I am going to focus on journaling for personal development.  Unlike a diary a journal is ALL your thoughts and ideas.  As an entrepreneur I have many ideas during the day so having a place to write them down is awesome.

In that same journal are quotes I come across that inspire me, as well as quotes that come to me.  If you are getting the idea that a journal is a great storehouse of thoughts, feelings and ideas, then you are on the right track.

Successful men and women journal.  They learn about who they are from previous entries and they rediscover dreams that they may have lost track of.  A simple book can guide your life.  Pretty powerful huh?  Well, that power is all in your hand when you pick up a pen.  Go make Ralph Waldo Emerson proud!
